Where Children Sleep: A Diverse World of Homes

James Mollison was asked to do a project about children's rights in an attempt to engage children in the lives of other children around the world. The project is compiled into a book called Where Children Sleep. He thought about how his own childhood bedroom reflected who he was and what he had. " I didn't want it to just be about 'needy children' in the developing world, but rather something more inclusive." Think about your childhood bedroom, what did it say about your life?

You may or may not know Friends with Both Arms also curates Invisible Children's music blog. This makes an IC/FBWA partner show for SXSW more natural than giving a mouse a cookie and having him ask for a glass of milk. My favorite song on the mix so far is Middle Brother's "Me, Me, Me". It made me dance around my room in a way some would just call wiggling while standing.
